The News
The news is...there is no news. Had my 39 week appointment today and there is no change. Still 3 1/2 cm. dilated. She said I am definately having real contractions, which I now know what they feel like, they just need to last longer and build in intensity. So for now, I will keep talking to "Jimmy" and encouraging him to come out and in the mean time I will deal with the back pain and pressure!

When I was close to my due date with Katelyn I took my sisters advice and took a hot bath and the next day she arrived! Maybe you could give it a try...good luck!
